What type of cleaning do you really need?

      This is usually scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. 
This is generally a light cleaning of high traffic areas including bathrooms, kitchens, hard surface floors and carpeting plus a light, dry dusting of all areas with polishing, as needed.

      This is usually scheduled every three to six weeks.
Thorough cleaning methods provide for longer results between cleanings.  In addition to a thorough cleaning of high traffic areas, as stated above, we also vacuum and/or damp dust all horizontal surfaces.  All small furniture is moved and all upholstery is vacuumed.  Our vacuum removes dust from the air and allows for longer periods between cleanings

      This is usually scheduled every six months to a year. Deep cleaning of all horizontal and vertical surfaces.  In addition to all the areas in the thorough method above, we also wash doors and frames, windows and their frames, baseboards, light fixtures, etc.  We also clean and move all furniture, except for very heavy items and thoroughly vacuum under the beds.

       This is scheduled upon request. In addition to the deep cleaning services listed above, we will clean out any cupboard, closet, bin or other interior storage.  Items will be replaced in an organized manner or you can request a full organization.

You can add maid service to any of the above packages. Maid services include much of the routine cleaning that house cleaning alone does not include; stripping and making beds, washing laundry, ironing and washing dishes, etc.
